Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RevenueCompass platform and website (the "Service") operated by Revenue Compass ("RevenueCompass", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using RevenueCompass, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
RevenueCompass provides software tools to help personal trainers and fitness coaches track and analyze their coaching business performance.
The platform includes features such as:
  • client management
  • session tracking
  • payment and revenue tracking
  • expense logging
  • business analytics and insights
The Service is accessed through an online account and may evolve over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed.
2. User Accounts
To use RevenueCompass, you must create an account.
You agree to:
  • provide accurate and complete account information
  • maintain the security of your login credentials
  • notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. User Data Responsibility
You are responsible for all information you enter into the platform, including client-related data, session records, and payment information.
You represent that you have the right to enter and use any data you submit to the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant RevenueCompass permission to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
4. Subscription and Billing
Some features of RevenueCompass may require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment provider.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
  • your payment method may be charged automatically upon renewal
  • subscription fees will be billed according to your selected plan
Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform's billing settings.
Users based in the European Union may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under applicable EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@revenuecompass.app within 14 days of purchase.
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
  • misuse the platform or use it for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • attempt to access or interfere with other users' data or accounts
  • disrupt or interfere with the Service or its underlying infrastructure
  • copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
RevenueCompass does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:
  • scheduled maintenance
  • infrastructure issues
  • third-party service outages
Availability and features may change over time. We are not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
RevenueCompass provides analytics and business tracking tools to support your decision-making. We do not guarantee specific business results or financial outcomes from use of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevenueCompass shall not be liable for:
  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of profits or business opportunities
  • data loss
  • decisions made based on analytics or insights provided by the platform
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
  • you violate these Terms
  • your account is used for illegal activities
  • required by law
You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, access to the platform will be removed.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
