This Privacy Policy explains how RevenueCompass ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform. RevenueCompass is a web application designed to help personal trainers and fitness coaches manage their coaching business.
Information We Collect
When you use RevenueCompass, we may collect the following types of information.
Account Information
email address, password (stored securely via Supabase Auth), and basic account details provided during registration.
Business Data
Information you enter into the platform to manage your coaching business, including client names or identifiers, payment and revenue records, session logs, and expense entries. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the client information you enter.
Technical Data
Automatically collected data including IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data such as pages visited and features used.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
  • operate and maintain the RevenueCompass platform
  • authenticate users and manage accounts
  • provide business analytics such as revenue growth, client retention, and capacity utilization
  • process subscription payments via Stripe
  • respond to support requests and improve the product
  • monitor platform performance and security
We do not sell your personal data.
Data Storage
RevenueCompass stores data using the following third-party infrastructure providers:
  • Supabase (authentication and database storage)
  • Stripe (billing and subscription management)
These providers follow industry-standard security practices and are bound by their own data processing agreements.
Some data may be stored on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These include secure authentication via Supabase, encrypted data transmission over HTTPS, and access controls limiting who can view stored data.
However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage users to use strong, unique passwords and to keep their login credentials confidential.
Data Retention
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account remains active.
If you close your account, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@revenuecompass.app. We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.
Third-Party Services
RevenueCompass relies on the following third-party services to operate:
  • Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure. Data is stored in Supabase's managed cloud environment.
  • Stripe handles subscription billing and payment processing. RevenueCompass does not store credit card information directly.
Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms. We encourage you to review them.
Cookies and Analytics
RevenueCompass may use cookies and similar technologies to:
  • maintain your login session
  • understand how the platform is being used
  • identify and fix errors
  • improve the user experience over time
We do not use cookies for advertising or sell browsing data to third parties.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • request correction of inaccurate data
  • request deletion of your account and associated data
  • object to or restrict certain types of processing
  • receive a copy of your data in a portable format
